1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Elephant Scarf #2! Smaller and Purple this time! on: February 10, 2010 06:05:42 PM
Quite some time ago I made an elephant scarf for my bff (first thing I ever knit! I think I may have posted it on here a long time ago). Sooo her sister was basically about to steal hers and I decided to make a deal, if she modeled some of my hats I would make her an elephant scarf. But now I want to keep it for myself (look for a third one in the near future!). Anyway on to the pics!

Hidden Pocket!!!

C&C appreciated!

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Advice Needed on Reversible Skirt on: November 03, 2009 12:22:41 PM
I've been working on a pattern for a reversible skirt and would like some input. It's made from reclaimed sheets and sits just above/below the knee depending on your height.
I would just like to know how everyone feels about this look and the colors I used. All comments are appreciated!

While I was putting the skirt on the mannequin I thought maybe it could double as a shirt/dress thing??? But then again it kind of looks like a skirt you're wearing as a shirt  Roll Eyes

8  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / More Recycled Hats! Vegan Friendly this time! on: October 05, 2009 07:29:39 PM
The first two are 100% acrylic!! I'm sooo glad that I don't have to stick to just wool blends and I found mass amounts of more sweaters to unravel. It's going to be a long long week Tongue
Sorry I got a little corny with the pictures Cheesy
The first one reminds me of a electric cotton candy blue!

Bubble gum pink!!

And a plain purple wool blend (I just got super excited about the acrylic ones so this one is a little plain to me).

9  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / A Couple Shirts for a Couple Friends (NSFW??) on: October 02, 2009 07:02:57 AM
The first two are for a friend who just had a birthday, unfortunately I didn't have them ready for him on his birthday (like always) and haven't seen him since so hopefully he'll like them.
(The second shirt has a swear word so I put nsfw in the title, not sure if it's needed but I thought I may put it there just in case).

Anyone think the trident on the camp half-blood one looks bad or out of place?? It was just going to say camp half-blood but then a little blotch got on and I had to do something to cover it up.
These I made quite some time ago for my bff who moved out of state, it was sort of a going away present.

I just used freezer paper and some fabric paint.
C&C appreciated!
