I painted this today. It's my Boston Terrier named Dexter. His hood name is NugNug. It's a small 6 x 6 canvas. What do you guys think?

I think he was less than impressed!

24  Are You LOST? in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by punkRockPaperScissors on: June 15, 2008 03:29:31 PM
I'm already suffering withdrawals from my TV addiction "LOST". I made this shrinky last night. It's the Dharma station Looking Glass, where Charlie sacrificed himself for the group (or at least Claire and Aaron). 7+ months to go before season 5..........

25  Help! What now? in Beads: Completed Projects by punkRockPaperScissors on: June 15, 2008 03:16:09 PM
So last week, I posted my first and only bracelet bag (my greatest beading achievement thread). Everyone was so positive that I'm asking for help on how to finish my second one. The bead work came out much wider and taller than the first one and that is why I'm stuck. It's really too big to be a bracelet bag and well just awkward I think for anything else. In the pics I have it draped on a small coffee can, it fits pretty loose around it, that's the closest approx size I can give you. The bag is called "HOTHEAD" (get it...flames and skulls!!) and it is just a beaded cylinder at this point.
So, fellow Craftsters...HELP!!!

Laid flat

Out of focus detail   (haha, I think that is an oxymoron)

26  My Greatest Beading Achievement (so far) in Beads: Completed Projects by punkRockPaperScissors on: June 11, 2008 04:08:59 PM
I'm new to Craftster and really love this website. I hope it will be okay that I post this on this thread because the handbag part is less than great & this IS my greatest beading achievement. I call it a bracelet bag (cuz you wear around your wrist). I made the graph (old school with graph paper and colored pencils) based on an original drawing that I had considered for a tattoo. It's peyote stitch the sacred hearts go around the bag, 3 in total. It's lined with red silk but I couldn't get that pic to turn out
forgive me I also really struggled with a shot of it on my wrist.

oh yea, there's a little heart charm on it

The bracelet part

Detail of beading

This website is finally making learn how to use my camera and computer .(I really suck at it!!!) But feedback really makes it worth it for me. Thanks for checking this out.

27  My FIRST POST with PICS!!! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by punkRockPaperScissors on: June 09, 2008 11:53:15 AM
I'm new to Craftster and these are some of my latest shrink plastic creations. ANY and ALL feedback is highly appreciated!! I'm not the greatest at figuring out the whole digital age; sorry if my pics aren't that great. At least my crafting skills are better than my photographic skills (IMHO)haha. I have a lot of other things I will take pics and post when I am a little less frustrated...
