2  my attepmt at the rainbow cake in Dessert by micheleleigh on: February 09, 2011 06:36:33 AM
i know you've seen it before, but i've been wanting to try this for a while. i've made the rainbow cupcakes before, but not the cake. it was pretty simple, just split the batter into six bowls and bake one color at a time, the layers were thin, so i didn't know if it would look ok, but i think it turned out nice. Smiley

this was before i iced the whole cake. it looks like a stack of rainbow pancakes . Smiley

7  miss zombie usa in Needlework: Completed Projects by micheleleigh on: June 26, 2010 05:41:30 AM
this is a pattern from zombie cross stitch. it was my first time using waste canvas. it was pretty easy to stitch on but hard to remove. i guess cause the pattern was so big. i just cut around the edges since i couldn't pull all of the strands out. this is on a t- shirt.

before removing the waste canvas.
