11  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: tablecloth + bedsheet + curtain + shoelace = surfshorts! on: July 27, 2008 12:58:39 PM
Awesome! The thread title sounds like it could double as a MacGyver episode. :D
12  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Knitty's Nautie Nautilus on: June 26, 2008 07:37:30 AM
Aw man, I love the stripes! Good job.

Oh, and don't worry - I, too, am guilty of having fabricated the occasional bet/dare/contest to account for whatever socially awkward thing I was knitting or crocheting in public at the time. :]
13  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: a scrub top!!! on: June 22, 2008 06:48:48 PM
Oh, the material is adorable! I'm too small for most store-bought scrubs, so now that I have a sewing machine, I think I'll have a go at making my own. :]
14  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Summer is here! (skirt recons) on: June 20, 2008 07:30:03 PM
I hate shorts, too. Fabulous recons! :]
15  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: dress dress dress!!!!! on: June 14, 2008 11:00:21 AM
I, too, totally have that dinosaur sheet. You've inspired me!

Great job.
16  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Butterick 5181 - Black and White Dress on: June 10, 2008 06:56:06 PM
You look fabulous! Your dress is great, and your personality shines through wonderfully on camera!
17  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: what to do with a trash bag of clothing... on: June 09, 2008 06:54:12 PM
"Worn Again" sounds like it would be so much fun to participate in, and your dress is amazing!
18  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: oh, the beauty of bubble hems. on: June 07, 2008 05:47:45 PM
I love it. It's so... bold!

Great job!
19  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: the EMTs killed this shirt (with five pics) on: June 05, 2008 06:44:33 PM
Haha! I'm trained as an EMT, even though I just turned 18 and haven't taken my national registry exam yet, so I absolutely had to look when I saw the title of this post. A lot of people get angry at us when we have to savage their clothing with the trauma shears; I wish more of them would look at it artistically, like you have. I think this is wonderful! Cheesy
20  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: My 1st purse! on: June 04, 2008 07:09:30 PM
That's so neat! I'm dead set against carrying a purse (I refuse to be girly!), but if I ever did, it would be something like this. It's very clever.
