its about a size 4-5 but ive put a maternity elastic in the waist with a button so it can be tightened up if need be.

al I did was scale it down. For the skirt I cut 2 squares and layered them then surged all the edges

I have a ton of this fabric and think I may go get more tonight lol

I would use a navy or black background with a matching ribbon so that when the earrings are hanging they are the main attraction and they pop out.

i agree with maryabbie. what would be some good, cheap options for displaying hats without involving fake heads?

another option is a small ball ..... something that a kid would recognize and laugh at

this one is for a child I love making them
