1261  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / My first ventures into the land of shrinky dinks. gnome, cherries, and koi on: July 10, 2008 07:55:43 PM
This is my first time with shrinky dinks since I was little.  They were drawn freehand with a pencil, and then colored and shaded using sharpies. I intend to make the koi a fridge magnet, the gnome a sun catcher. The cherries were for a necklace, but it cracked by the whole. Sorry for the crappy pictures, my digital camera is out of order, so these were taken with my phone. I would love some feedback and advice with working with this media! I had a LOT of fun doing these!

That's totally rocking! Thanks for the instruction booklet, I use just the plastic from take out containers (washed ofcourse lol) and bakery containers and yogurt lids. Although, they stopped putting the lids on the yogurts, so I'm going to have to start buying the plastic, there's only so much eating out and bakery items I can do!!!! So I never got an instruction booklet, and never knew you could do that! I'm so going to have to experiment!! Thanks again!
