I sent today! Can't wait to see what everyone has made! I can't remember the name of the first book that I read. I know that it was a red leather covered book with nothing on the front of it, and it was filled with daily prayers and meditations. I wish I know what it was called, it "walked off" while I was in college and I loved it.

Sorry I've been quiet, little man and I have been sick sick sick! Not fun at all Sad I am crafting away though Smiley Will be done on time barring no bizarre world ending sort of events lol.
And as for elements, the earth and I are very close (Taurus all the way baby) but I find my strongest connection with water!

I also agree with Wulf, I love Scott Cunningham's books. I have found them very accurate, and as Wulf stated, easy to use. As for eating wild herbs, I haven't eaten much out of the wild besides a ton of berries, including the itty bitty wild strawberries (OOOhh they are so good for jam, though it takes a TON of them lol), some wild onions, wild garlic, nuts, and I gather burdock and nettles for spellwork, but I haven't eaten them. I did make some dandelion wine a few years back, and can I just say.... EEEEEEEEEEEW. LoL Maybe it was just cause it was my first attempt but it was AWFUL!!
In craft news, I have my medium started, and I am going out this weekend to get supplies for my small. It really looks like the medium is going to be a large and the small is going to be a medium, but I hope my partner doesn't mind Wink hehehe. I really suck  at making smalls! hahah
The little man and I have a spring cold going on. Yucky. So the whole house now smells like eucalyptus to help. I hope we are somewhat decent this afternoon because we need to go to the library to exchange our books. We go every two days lol. I LOVE having the library be a 3 minute walk from our house!! It is so excellent. He picked a little viola out of the yard on Monday to take it to the Librarian for a thank you. She was tickled pink and wore it in her hair, so he told her she was "Pitty!!" (pretty), and I think she pretty much melted on the spot lol. He's such a little flirt!

I'm halfway done with another item, yay!

Random Question #2:

What is the herb you most often use?

me it would be basilic hands down Tongue I cook a lot with it... And my miss my plants by the kitchen window so bad!

Lavender all the way. (Though I suppose its a flower not an herb, but still lol) I use lavender in EVERYTHING lol. Can't wait to plant some at my new place Smiley Soon!! Seeding soooN! I am so excited! I have to find a half barrel so I can do an herb container on my deck.

Hmmm, the handmade tool I use the most...... My awesometastic wand made by Saturn for my first WWP swap , my salt pot that is a slab box with different goddess symbols in paint that I made in pottery in the 10th grade, and my offering bowl set from Shadowweaver all get a LOT of attention lol. I don't have the link to both of the ones made by fellow craftsters, I'll have to post it if I find it. They are both WONDERFUL!! Smiley

I've ordered "The way of the Hedge witch" yesterday... anyone got feedback on it?

Oh I haven't gotten the chance to read that one, but you will have to let us know what you think of it and share any awesome tidbits you find!! Smiley

Divination... I love my tarot cards, I have the Goddess deck and they seem to be the best for me, my mother's dragon deck despises me LOL, though I can always fall back on my rider white deck. I have a pendulum, though I too would like to have a board to do further work with one!! I am not as familiar with runes, but I would like to get better with them, a few of mine cracked in the mve so I need a new set. I also looove love love the scrying mirror my lovie got me a few years back, but I find that that takes a long period of time to get into the zone with, and with an insane 2 year old running around that has just discovered that he loves all things Heman and Thundercats, and consequently is never without his 3 foot long nerf sword (BAD MOMMY, STUPID PURCHASE LOL), I find that that zone is very hard to come by theses days HAHAHA.
Zombie, the Goddesses and Gods that mean things to you will def. come with time. Do some research, you'd be surprised how much some will jump out at you! Smiley I've been practicing for almost 15 years, tho before that I have come to realize that the women of my family practiced very covertly around their christian husbands, at around 15 was when I started down the path openly.  And I still find new things to adapt my mode of thinking. I started with just Brigid because of my Irish heritage, but now have Bast and Kwan Yin represented just as prominently! Smiley I would say that my belief structure is an ever evolving sort of thing, just because there is SO much out there to learn!

Oh, I will have to curb my use of just ladies, and remember to add gentleman! Which is beyond awesome, we could all use a little balance in that area, I love having the perspective of a pagan male around. Makes me remember to balance out the rest of the aspects of my living, not just my craftster coven Smiley  Btw, I started prestalking lol, and Wulf, that Yurt on your blog made me swoon! I'm going to have to read more, did you build it or buy and and if you bought it where on earth did you find such a treasure!!

I am going to have to get my flourite out as well if it is known to strengthen teeth, cause mine are a mess!!
