your welcome, I sometimes add a small amount of hot boiled water to the butter mix as this helps it beat better, my mother and nana used to do it too...so method iin their madness I am sure. And rainbow cakes, mmmmI might give them a go too

I use a spoon dipped in hot water and smooth it as I mix by pressing againt the side of the bowl, then I beat it with a wooden spoon, so its all fluffy and no lumpy bits and a nice even colour

ahh super noodles (got ya) when I was a poor skint student, we would mix a can of chicken soup with a small tin of tuna, then add cooked pasta, warm through and eat it! sounds RANK yes? try it its actually delish! so I bet it would work with the ramen Roll Eyes
