I still have to decide on patterns........... it really depends on the yarn as my partner *hi sarantha* wasn't too worried about what pattern so i'm going to choose the patterns after i've spun the yarns

Yay! I've recieved a fabulous parcel fro A2K

She claimed me for a container for my bath stuff & cotton yarn

However, A2K sent me TWO........yes, 2 sheepy fabric containers/baskets AND a cosmetic bag AND reusable cosmetic pads............AND some cotton yarn

It all came in a medium/small-ish size box...........but then it grew & grew as i took it out of its packaging. A2K....how on earth did you squeeze it all into such a small size............... I don't think that the pictures do the sizes justice!

There is bias bindings x 2, D rings of all sizes & the very best of all.....magnetic bag clasps!!! I have wanted some of these for ages but couldn't find any....so thankyou quaggy!

C....is for Cute sewing box with supplies
This is beautifully embroidered/needlepoint with my initial & yay! It's got sheep beaded on it too There are farm animal buttons........my fave, embroidery floss, a little frog cross-stitch kit, bobbins for threads.....i am always needing these , a thimble from Texas, needles & a cute little notebook....oooh! & extra beads incase any fell off the lid of the box

I am going to use it as a jewellery box as it is so beautiful

K....is for Keepsake wallhanging
This brought tears to my eyes.....it has the names of me, hubbie & our sons on the heart. As we live so far away from our sons it was so lovely to have something  so beautifully crafted for us that keeps us together. I was truly touched by this.....and it's SHEEP!!!

I....is for Interfacing
quaggy did a fanatsic job of stalking me & found this wish in previous posts. I struggle to get the qood quality woven stuff here so i was chuffed to find this in my box

Quaggy also spelt my name out in candy.............. which i had too fight hubbie off for until i'd taken photos still i suppose since he did some crafting himself for quaggy's parcel then he deserves some.....

I'm finding that having themes is making this MYB a little more challenging and yet on the otherhand it is focusing me more.............is anyone else finding that?

My partner is happy with handspun yarn & so that is giving me lots of good reasons to spend the afternoon "practising" while watching all the Grey's Anantomy episodes i've got recorded I mean......i've got to get this perfect.......LMAO!

I'll be posting for an angel for dinosaur.collective today on the Angel Board. 

When i made the bag for islandmum i found the pattern on Ravelry..........It is made using a collection of any yarn knotted together to leave the strings & they are crocheted together with a black yarn to give the colours some sort of solid base.
I spent days with it hung in my living room deciding whether or not to line with the strings in or out.   I lined it with two parts to it & a pocket........my first time at lining!
Anyhow, i'd decided to chicken out & line the strings in.........BUT! .............hubbie convinced me that it looked better with the strings out........it looks better in real life though
