Wow, very original and awesome!!  Grin  I can imagine kids playing I Spy with it. Very cool way to preserve those treasures and keep them in view -- and lessen the dusting job! Cheesy

I didn't read the topic before looking at the picture, and laughed when I realized what it was of.  Grin  Would that make great apparel/decor for the doctor's office? Wink

Hi, just joined Craftster and entered the Hot Seat challenge here Cheesy  I'm wondering if there are any Deaf members hanging out here too?  I'm from NC and graduated from NCSD back in '97.  Currently spending my days homeschooling my boys and crafting!
7  COOKING / Dessert / Re: My First Fondant For My Daughters 9th Bday! on: June 06, 2008 08:55:40 AM
The work you put in it shows! I totally sympathize with not being able to cut it.  At least you'll always have the pictures.  Grin
8  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Boring white cake turned colorful! on: June 06, 2008 08:49:27 AM
Who says you have to cover it up? Wink  I'd probably make a picture frame border with the frosting, if glaze wasn't available.

*EDIT* Just looked up clear glaze and was surprised to see that it's rather easy to make.

10  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Cupcake Truffles + tute! (pic heavy) on: June 06, 2008 08:30:20 AM
You certainly didn't fail at this one!  I never thought of actually crumbling cake to make something else.  I'm allergic to dairy but this recipe can be done with dairy or even wheat-free mix, right?
