Well monkey ears are essential, and a clip on tail. Then maybe like a brown skirt with matching leggings and a fuzzy brown sweater/hoodie. I think if you steer away from the dorky matching sweatsuit and more towards something a little more stylish and hip it would be really cute

So for halloween this year my roommate and I have decided to throw a killer party and go all out. After debating on costumes I've decided Leeloo from the fifth element and my boyfriend as corban dallas. I thought it'd be a cute and slightly original couples costume. I wanna do the costumes from when they're getting on the ship ("Leeloo Dallas multipass").

I figure my Corban's outfit will be relatively easy, black pants with a orange shirt and hopefully with a bit of thrifting I can find a similar coat which I can then alter. Although I'm ok with showing a bit I'm not a huge fan of slutty costumes so the shirt will most likely be longer, but that's an easy find. Then I figured I'd just get some gold leggings and paint on stripes and add a belt. Now the one I'm having real trouble with is the suspenders. Ideas so far include wide elastic dyed and sewn, vinyl, or just plain wide ribbon. I don't want anything that's gonna cause some cammel toe action when I move but I don't want it to be too baggy.
I figure once I get it all figured out it'll be a relatively easy costume but I need a little help with ideas.

nice job, pretty colors! For the short scarf if it's hard to get it to stay around her neck you can always add a cute button so it's like a neck warmer, that would be cute!

I don't know if I've done something wrong but I've sold nothing! I've had alot of views and people complementing my stuff but they don't buy. I've been open a little over a month and I'm starting to get frustrated.
