A good idea for the ends of home-made needles is: glue beads to the ends!  You can really personalize them with home-made beads if you're *really* crafty...

Wow.  Just, wow.

Reminds me of the old days when we used to paint the pop tabs with nail polish to make pretty necklaces.  But chainmail, way cooler.  Tutorial?  Maybe?

I'm pretty sure someone already asked but I couldn't seem to catch an answer...  Why not turn the sleeves inside out when attaching them to the body?

Really cute idea, someday hopefully my sewing skills will be a match for this kind of project!
