I've never formally learned how to sew, and it shows. My tailoring is quite awful, and one of the biggest problems I have is what to do with all of the loose threads. For example, if you sew something or whatever and then snip off the thread at the end, you're left with a few inches of string and if you cut it on both sides it will just slip off or something. It's probably a stupid question, but it'll help me tremendously.
