Hello!  This is my first post, so please forgive my mistakes.

I just finished two bag using Ghee's Handbags Valise pattern.  They turned out pretty well.  They use the open hex frame. This is for my MIL (with the frame open).  


This one is for me.

This is the pattern my grandmother used for my mother's high school graduation quilt.  Instead of white between the blocks, she used a solid green.  Grandma said that she would never make that pattern again.  Se was tired of octagons by the end of it.

This is my favorite pattern.  You did an amazing job.  I was lucky enough to take a class from Judy Mathieson.  I really love her work.  And now yours too!
