31  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Flower Ball Origami *With website for pattern* on: May 22, 2008 10:24:51 AM
I got really into origami about a year ago, and even though now I don't do it as much, I still like it a lot. I've seen one of these flower balls on here before, but I found the pattern on the internet and made one out of magazine pics(my favorite paper source). It was my first BIG origami project and I'm pretty happy about that. My favorite flower is the one with the eyes Smileyhttp://puupuu.ojaru.jp/zu/densyo/densyo1.html The pattern is really easy. I used 6 inch squares for my flowers.

32  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Bend Me, Shape Me book on: May 22, 2008 10:19:33 AM
A couple of years ago I got this really cool altered book book(a book about altered books) And in that book there was this really cool pattern for this "Bend Me, Shape Me" book. It was inspired by a slinky. I made mine out of magazine pics, because I was just making a prototype for later books. So just a couple of my favorite pages from my "Bend Me, Shape Me" book.

33  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / anniversary medieval present on: May 22, 2008 08:18:56 AM
This is my second post in this category  Smiley Yay for me!! I did this for my parents anniversary. They had a medieval themed wedding, so I made medieval style doors out of book covers and printed out their favorite pic from the wedding and painted on top of the pic to give it a medieval-ish painting feeling. It's supposed to have a rustic look to it. Comments welcome Smiley

34  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / bangle bracelet out of tape roll on: May 19, 2008 11:29:40 AM
This is a recon I did a couple months ago. I was just fooling around with an empty tape roll and this is what I got.

35  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / reconned watch on: May 19, 2008 11:27:29 AM
I've seen some really cool reconned watches on here, and so I used them for inspiration on this one. Sorry for the lame pics. It's hard to get a non-blurry one. I'll try to get some better pics up.

36  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / converted jeans on: May 19, 2008 10:24:06 AM
I converted my jeans into a purse. I saw that a lot of people do that on here and figured the jeans were too short, but too cute to get rid so...Recon!!!  Wink Cheesy Feedback welcome.

37  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / fused publix plastic bag=many kudos and lots of compliments on: May 19, 2008 10:21:37 AM
I have been a lurker on craftster for a couple of months, because some of the posts here are the bomb and intimidating. I thought I had pretty good skills, but man, people on here are awesome when it comes to crafts. So I saw a post on here about fused plastic bags...love at first site, oh yeah, I had to try it and this is what it turned out to be.

38  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / first decorated journal on: May 19, 2008 10:17:27 AM
This is my first post, so please go easy on me  Smiley. I'm not sure if I'm going to get this posted right, so bear with me, please. I saw something similar to this on craftster a couple days ago, but I'm not sure who posted it or what it was called.
