I saw a purse kinda like this and thought I could do it too, just a little bigger. So here it is :

I got really into kilts for a little while, even though they're technically for men, but I thought, "Why can't I wear one too?" So while one of the Tropical storms went over FL, I figured I could use the time to do some sewing. You can't really see the pleats in the leopard printed one but in the greenish one you can see them better, and the pleats are basically the same in both kilts.

I'm really into postcrossing, so I've been making my own postcards every once in a while. This one was inspired but some notecards I saw on here about mermaids and I wanted to do something like that, so I did and I think it's pretty cool. The stamp says "You're out of this world." I like it and still haven't sent them, because I don't want to give it up yet, so here it is:

On Saturday, I was out to eat with some people and I had a purse that I made a couple years ago with me, I change them like everyday, so that they match what I'm wearing, and a lady that was with us, said she would pay me to make her a purse and wallet. The wallet isn't done, but I just finished the purse tonight. I love it! I would keep it for myself. It's my first sale, so I really hope she likes it. It took me about four hours. Here it is:

I don't really know what these things are called or where it goes, so I'm putting it here. I made it because there is a light that shines into my room at night and it drives me crazy while I try to fall asleep. I love this thing and, so here it is.

I made this wallet out of a Nestle chocolate chip bag for my stepfather. I'm still in shock over it. I mean, every time I see it, I'm like "Whoa, I actually made that?!" I made it about a month ago, just never got around to taking pics of it. I didn't even think it was going to work, but I tried it and yeah...it's so cool! Really I can't believe, so there's a lot of pics. Enjoy!       

I made this circle book out of a short poem I wrote called "Chaos"

The words of the poem are:

Am I doomed to a world of chaos
Where only turmoil meets here
Where is the beauty?
The wide ocean?
Where can I be free?

Here's the story: My mom got me this shoe hanging thing for the back of a door, which was great, but I couldn't stand to look at the peg things that hang over the door, so I made some beaded origami sting things, I guess you could call it, to hang from them, at least to camouflage it a bit. I like it, because it serves it's purpose and totally looks better than looking at hooks.

I made this necklace out of ribbon, wire, buttons, bottlecap, beads, and a time face plate. I pretty much like, though there would be somethings I'd do differently next time.

I have been busy with making stuff, but haven't had time to take pics of them, finally I did. Here's three purses. The first one is a fused plastic bag, quilted together purse. I used Target, Publix, and Wal-Mart bags for it and the lining is just beige fabric with dragonflies or butterflies on it. The second one, I actually made two years ago in school. I entered it into a contest and got first prize. The last one is just a plain brown leather purse that I painted butterflies on it, cause I couldn't stand the boringness of the plain brown. That's about it! Comments welcome
