That is wonderful.  A frame chicken coop.  Great use of everything.  Space, time materials.  You are a genius.  As are all MoM's.

Congrats to us all     Grin

16  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Netbook bag on: January 28, 2010 07:25:49 AM
With the new PC item that has hit the market not to long ago, I decided to simplify my home office and go for it.  I sold three computers and with that money I could buy a cute little white HP netbook.  Of course now I need a new bag for it.  Have you seen the price and the uglyness of PC bags.

So I thought, maybe I can do some thing for now, I don't travel much and wont use it a whole lot but at least I now have a bag to protect my new toy.  Dug around my fabrics, etc. and come up with this.

It is canvas with 1/2 inch foam and felt lining, because felt is soft and should not mar the finish.

19  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Eek!!! 2 ft Cockroach!! on: July 12, 2009 04:58:23 AM
Okay, now you need a HUGE flyswatter to get rid of that thing.  Here in NC we call them water bugs.  But a cockroach by anyother name is still just as disgusting and creepy.  Hmmmm wonder if my dog would like to sleep on one of those.
