Maman! She is absolutely beautiful! I love her hair and love the different colors! I think it adds so much to the doll. Love all your little dolls you make. I can't believe your little lady is 6 already! Then again TJ is 10. They grow too fast!

Little Thor turned out great! I love how you put so much detail into such a little thing. I'm so glad he loves his hammer! It makes the headache of trying to draft a pattern (let alone my first structured pattern) for it all worth it!
3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: WWP Round 50 - Celestial Litha Swap - Gallery on: June 22, 2014 07:06:14 PM
I received my package from Andreann yesterday morning and my kiddos and I love everything (well 1 of my kiddos is actually able to voice his love obviously lol)

 Everything all together!

These are my son's goodies! He absolutely loved everything! My son is 9 and is starting to really show an interest in our path and she crafted him his first altar items. She knitted the cutest little elemental beings. She made an altar cloth that reverses to a play mat for the elementals. She even painted a little goddess and god for his altar. She also included a set of candles, a censor, a glass offering dish, and his very own mini blank book of shadows. She also made a bag for his daily adventures outside that he totally loves!

See?! Happy kid and his bag that he promptly stuffed all his goodies into.

My son promptly went to his bedroom and set up his altar. He's quite proud of it. Who can blame him? He did an awesome job.

Then there was a Litha wand that I had pinned on Pinterest that she already had and reworked a bit for me to include a small branch from her 300 year old silver maple tree (super gorgeous!) And goodies for the baby! The cutest little onesie with a pentacle embroidered on it. A sun rattle ball. I adore the dolls that Andreann makes and was tickled pink to see one in the box! She made my baby girl a doll from the receiving blanket she's used with all 3 of her kiddos. It's super sweet and such a special present that my sweet girl and family will just cherish forever.

And of course we can't forget something for the mama!

I am completely in love with my hat! She knitted me a hood that is called The Dragon Watcher. I adore my hat and wear it any chance I get even if it's 90 degrees outside  Grin

Thank you so much mama!! We love all our goodies!!

I'll be sending tomorrow. I had originally planned to send on Monday but ran into a couple snags on one of the items I had started but it's all fixed now. I'll know next time to work on the more complicated item first instead of at the end before send out date.   Embarrassed

Hoping to finish everything up this evening when I get home from work so I can pack it all up for shipping tomorrow afternoon when hubby goes to work. Fingers crossed the baby will cooperate a bit this evening and be happy to be held by everyone else and not just want mama.

I'm still plugging away. I've got one item completely finished, another 2 will be finished today. Tomorrow is payday so I'm hoping I can make a quick trip to the store to get the last few items I need to finish 2 other items. But if not tomorrow, definitely will be picking them up on Saturday so I can finish them up on Sunday before I go to work. I have other things that are in various stages of completion. I'm just hoping it all fits in the box I've set aside to send them all in.

One of my items that I plan on making is almost finished (super sweet baby smiles definitely make the crafting go faster!), stage one of a few other ones are in the drying process. And I have another item in various pieces that just needs to be put together. I have to get a few pieces of felt for another item,  but that will be this weekend when I return to work (YIKES! Hard to believe 8 weeks maternity leave is already up!). I really can't wait to see what everyone has been busy crafting!

I have definite ideas for a few items, a few that are in mid progress already. I'm still debating with one of my ideas and how I'm going to pull it off the way I see it in my head. But I'm sure it'll come together. Now to find my tub of beads that I've been looking for all week. If I can't find it, I might have to rethink one of my ideas. We'll see though.
