I'd be into crafting in groups.
2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Bookmark swap?! on: August 08, 2014 03:59:22 PM
I'd love to make some bookmarks!

Stunning, and I still can't get over that it was your first try!  Shocked

The forest of twigs is so cool looking!
6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Kodama and an Amanita Mushroom on: August 07, 2014 04:07:36 PM
I love them all! And I don't think anything "woodland" is supposed to be clean.  Tongue Leaving fingerprints is like signing your work!
7  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: HP Craftalong ~Summer Semester 2014~ *JOIN ANYTIME* on: July 25, 2014 06:46:51 AM
Fly-by posting before I leave to live in a field for 10 days! If anyone sees me at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, please say hi! Cheesy

Challenge: Bertie Bott's Blue Raspberry
SPEW: n/a
House: Hufflepuff
Project Name: Hippie pirate dress
Brief Description: Most people who know me expect to see me in purples and blues, especially if it's something I made myself. This time I challenged myself with a different and unexpected color palette, and I completely love the result!

Challenge: Quidditch World Cup - Snitchnip
SPEW: n/a
House: preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'Hufflepufffffffffffffff')
Project Name: Curly crochet cat toys
Project Page Link : http://www.crochetspot.com/how-to-crochet-curly-fringe/ (tutorial I used)
Brief Description: Crochet is definitely not my thing - I tried it once years and years ago, and it didn't take. But after La Chapa made me a beautiful crochet bag in the Enchanted Forest swap, I've been thinking I should try it again. Our new kitten Rupert (Ripper) will literally play with anything, so I knew these would be a success! It was fun doing them, and I think I'll try more crochet in the future.

Can't wait to read your post! I'll have to check out that Kitchen Aid ice cream attachment.

Very cool, jex! Strawberry ice cream sounds lovely. Did you use one of those ice cream machines? I think I'm going to try blueberries next, then hopefully salsa.

I love all the new Quidditch challenge prompts - I'll have limited time to work on them since I'll be on vacation, but hopefully I'll get one or two done!

The lastest WotW is up on the noticeboard Smiley

I haven't had much time to comment the last couple of weeks, but I really enjoy going back over the posts while considering WotW, it gives me a second opportunity to appreciate the work you guys do!

D'awwww thanks noodle-bug!  Kiss
