I made a small doll for my sister Melanie.  The body is based on the Mini Doll by Runo.  The dress is just a rectangle that I added a little neckline to, plus a yarn bow, and closed with a French seam in back.  The face is embroidered.  Most of the body is handsewn, but I did assemble her little arms with my sewing machine.
