This is my forth attempt at this pattern. This doll was for a new baby girl and I hope she likes one of her very first dolls. I've gotten better at this, but have by no means mastered it. The legs are very crooked and the hair always seems to get sewn inside the head. I keep making changes and hopefully someday I'll get it right. It does seem like a pretty easy doll pattern.
Here she is with a belt I made her:
Here she is with a "scarf" ribbon around her neck. This is how I gave her away.
Also, you can't tell but I embroidered a few of the flowers on her dress for an extra touch.
