So... I love honey. I mean LOVE honey. I'll eat it plain out of the jar, in tea, on toast.
I'll admit I have several jars of honey hanging around my kitchen, and I'm about to get some more. The thing is, my fella HATES honey. (Or so he always says, I doubt he's even tried any in the last dozen years.)
Anyhow, to eliminate some of my stash, and to trick him into eating some of it with me, I'm trying to think of some great dessert recipes that incorporate honey. I'm open for anything, really (except coconut, which I'm allergic to), any suggestions? Cookies, breads, cakes, whatever you can think of, I'd love to hear about.
Edit: the reason I ask you all instead of the internet is because I've definitely dealt with some internet-recipe trauma (wrong amounts/times/ratios), and I'm too afraid to end up with another batch of flat muffins or rock-hard cookies
