1  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Discussion and Questions / Facebook Groups on: August 04, 2013 08:38:51 PM
Is anyone members of any Facebook groups for stitchers? Hand embroidery and/or Xstitch?
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Lelah top/lacework pattern help? on: July 10, 2009 11:22:13 PM
I am working on the Lelah top. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=26874.0 This is my first time doing lace of any kind and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

It says to cast on 154 stitches. The lace is worked in multiples of 11. I added 11 to cast on 165 stitches.

But the pattern does not work in the 11 multiples. For example, when I work row 5 (*P1, K3, YO, sl 1, K2tog, psso, YO, K3, P1*) I actually end on sl1 with one more stitich before the next round is supposed to start. This is true on all rows and all attempts that I've made.

I've watched video on all the sequences I wasn't sure about and it appears that I'm doing it right. What could I be doing wrong?
