1  Skull Applique with Embrodiery Edges in Needlework: Completed Projects by Steelygaze on: May 31, 2008 02:02:08 PM

I decided to take an old plan t-shirt that's been hanging in my closet and makes it something new and funky.  I found the design for the skull and cross bones on the internet and decided to do it in applique on the shirt.  Then for the dark outlines I stitched using black thread all along the outside.  Its not complete needle work but I think that it turned out great just the same.  Next time I think that I will do it all with thread.
