I was really tempted by the LE sketchbook, but in the end I burnt myself out a bit finishing off the normal 2012 one throughout January, so I'm kind of glad I don't have another one to start on straight away.

I look forward to seeing what you guys get up to in yours though

I just online-tracked my parcel for the January deadline book - apparently they received it on Feb 1st - hopefully that's ok as Jan 31st is a "postmarked by date" not a "must receive by date", right?  And mine was postmarked a good week before the end of Jan.

I won't totally relax until I hear from them that they definitely have my book and it was in time etc....

thank you - I feel like I am really rushing the pages and therefore I'm not 100% happy with any of them, but am just glad to be getting through them!

I'm afraid my book is not going to make it this year.

Love the tree QNM - was there any rhyme or reason behind the particular dictionary page you chose?  I tend to look for special words when I use book pages as backgrounds (and then forget, and paint over them )

How's everyone else getting on?  The thread has gone ominously quiet as we approach the deadline - is that because we're all feverishly working on our books, or have you all given up??

I've done three more sets of pages since I last posted

I have 2 more double page spreads to do after these, and the cover and rebinding - and then I'm done! hooray!   Am hoping to get it in the post by next Monday, wish me luck

I'm proud as punch of the background of that last page - I found this you tube video that shows you how to make space paintings with spray paint - that was my first attempt and I loved how it turned out!
