Ive been brainstorming these for awhile and I finally got some time yesterday to cut them
Cute Sock Monkeys trim a khaki skirt ,and whimsical owls trim a pink brushed heavier cotton skirt w/ a owl applique.
I cant wait to make more. I love them they are not too short, not too long, they are fun and cute and I can pull them off w/ boots OR flip flops  Grin

Ive been working on swap stuff lately and these are my fillers LOL my oldest DD needed some pjs for school today so I made her some hippo flannel ones out of this fantastic hippo fabric from another craftster!
she loves them! I also made a cherry appliqued dress for my baby girl Smiley the back is pink polka dot.

Ive been wanting a few pettis for my girls but even at $30 a pop thats expensive for just one each.
So I watched the lovely martha stewart show monday  and made my own tuesday LOL
Im planning more for sure.
SO CUTE. Cost about $12 in materials.
Its soft and super full just like the Original pettis.
just cheaper Wink
I still have to add  the inside bottom fluff ruffle but otherwise its done.

Im SO excited about this pattern. Im making a entire slew of these for nursing apparel.
pardon my no makeup/housework look LOL but I was so excited to get a shot. This is my first ME item Ive made to wear.
Made from the chocolate brown knit fabric from another sewingmama w/ a owl applique cause I love cute owls.

Im a big fan of Vneck tops as Im most comfortable w/ just whipping it out so to speak to nurse Wink lol so I didnt stitch it in place , its free moving to "open" the crossover for nursing access for me lol.
dont mind my bra, but you can see this is what Im talking about hheeeheee.

Who can resist a cupcake lovin baby ?
Shirt is gymbo, the hat is made by another crafter on etsy and the pants I lovingly spent most of the day on are hand pieced appliqued w/ cupcakes, ribbon bottom and ric rac trim.
I made a sister pair of pants too Smiley
Im planning on getting their pics done in them together and I cant WAIT.

Im invited 2 a friends shower tomorrow and I really meant to sew something for her but thigns have been crazy so I threw this together instead.

I made this bag, thinking it would be alot smaller LOL
Its 15" tall!! and 13" wide.
its made w/ black cord fabric and pirate fabric Smiley
I added wavy topstitching instead of ribbons like the pattern called for.

Im starting one of my girls transitional wardrobe. Things that are mix n match,can be worn thru winter (with long sleeve tees or turtlenecks) into spring.Shes a long horns fan (in a house w/ a aggie daddy LOL)
so a longhorns themed pant set. And a mermaid themed appliqued anna swing top and pants.
shes a size 7 length size 5 waist so I have to make ALOT of her pants Sad
