22  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: VDAY Cookie Swap (SIGNUPS CLOSED; SENDOUTS FEB 2) on: January 19, 2009 12:44:29 PM
EDIT: Nevermind, made by individuals and sent as gift items are exempt:).

Quick question for anyone who ad to send to America from somewhere else last time (there was a last time, wasn't there?)..

Did you get a prior notification reference number from the US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA)? What did you put on there? I think they ask for detail of the manufacturer (from the label or food packaging), details of the sender, details of the intended recipient in the US, date of posting, name of carrier (e.g. Parcelforce Worldwide)? (The part in bold is the part confusing me xD)

No suggestions, just wanted to say I love what you've done xD

Though I'm sure I've seen them/pics of you somewhere before xD. You seem very familiar, lol. I really should stop randomly trawling the internets xD

Is there anyone else from the UK signed up? I'd hate to get paired with someone in America and have my cookies arrive ten years later in the form of dust xD...

I'm in the UK and said the exact same thing a few posts earlier, I want to join but didn't think my biscuits would survive the flight! If you are thinking of joining I definitely will!

I did notice that, but wasn't sure if people check back here after posting theonce xD. I've sent in my thingy Smiley

This swap's tempting for my first. It'd be an excellant excuse to start baking again (and to get myself another copy of my favourite cookie recipe book, having dropped the last one in a sink full of water  Undecided).

Yeah, looking at those pictures made me start craving sweets xD

I don't think I'd ever be able to use them, I'm the sort of person who gets bought chocolate bunnies and can't eat them because they're too cute... These look like they're too pretty to use. I'd love to fill my bathroom with them though^_^
