I got this old lamp from my M.I.L (mother in law) And Im not a huge fan of it so...



I took it apart and recovered it and it suits my taste now

My husband got tired of bobby pins everywhere so I made this magnetic holder.
I hung it on my bathroom wall so my kids dont scatter them through out the house anymore ha ha ha!

Here are some cakes I have made in the past year or so that I havent posted yet.
This is on I made for my dad's 60th


The whole cake excluding the trucks are edible



The road is made of crushed grahm waffers, and the rocks are those chocolate cereal clusters and the scattered branches are sesame sticks



I grew up in the logging industry so I figured what better way to celebrate by creating a cake of his work, out of my works of art.


This one was made for a friend of mine last year

 I used orzo pasta for most of this picture and a piece of linguini to stick them on nice.
My hands were sore by the time I finished his face ha ha ha
 Damn that carpel tunnel!

I'm sewing my two nieces housecoats with faux fur on them and I finished one and it looks fine how I did it, but I'd like to know what other stitch or technique I could use instead of zig zaging the edges?

I wasn't sure as to where to put this, but here is a collage I made for my really boring bathroom. I had glued sea shells to an old painting I had done and didn't really like so I thought Id make a collage of shells for the bathroom! I hope you like it. Cheesy



I any one has any other decorating ideas for this small shower only bathroom please help me and send me some ideas. I really hate this room right now.
Its a new house so no painting though. Cheesy
