The hawaiian print works great with that dress. I like! I like a lot!

Very nice! I have yet to do a real cosplay even though I've been to cons before. Great job on yours! The shield and sword look great!

Wow, I am totally in love with this skirt. It's an amazing combination of two of my favorite things: big, flowy skirts and rainbows. It's obvious how much effort you put into this skirt, and it simply amazes me. I may attempt something similar to this, although not nearly as intricate. I have somewhat of a short attention span.
44  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: The I-almost-lost-my-finger-for-these Mermaid Leggings. EDIT: Tutorial added on: August 12, 2008 07:25:04 PM
I've found fabric just like that before. Me and a friend went to Hobby Lobby to find some shiny fabric to make belts, and we found that, and she said they felt like a mermaid would.

Anyways, those leggings are awesome!

So pretty! I love the color of the flower. And it looks great with that shirt.
46  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: A Few New Tops I made this week! Stripes - Paisley - Flowers.. pretty! on: August 12, 2008 06:37:11 PM
Very very nice! I like the one with the blue paisley the best. I would wear that everywhere. I especially love what you added to the ends of the sleeves.

Although I'm also in love with how the fabrics go together in the last one. And the button on the collar. So cute!

Gah, they're all just so great! Wonderful job!

Wow, I can't believe you made that in less than an hour! I wish I could sew something that fast.
48  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Re: Bridal necklace - netted with delicas, tohos, pearls on: May 29, 2008 05:30:15 PM
Wow, just wow. I really wish I had the patience and talent to make something like that.
49  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Discussion and Questions / Re: Beading work spaces....how do you organize? on: April 24, 2008 11:53:03 PM
I'm also without much organization in my craft supplies, so this thread is very helpful to me. Something I thought of though, is reusing small jars. I'm not sure if you still have any, but baby food jars are great for these types of things. My mom still keeps buttons and other small things in the ones she got back when I was a baby. And they'll be harder to open for the little one if you keep the lids on tight.
