5  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Awesome Cupcakes..take that 'room mom'! on: June 04, 2009 06:44:51 AM
Those cupcakes are GORGEOUS!  How long did it take you to make those?

We don't have room moms here, but some times I wish we did have someone controlling the snack intake at our school.  Every birthday parents bring in cupcakes, every holiday parents bring in cupcakes, and no joke -- some parents even bring in cupcakes for 1/2 BIRTHDAYS!!!!  All of that doesn't even include the cookie that is offered every day at lunch AND the candy the teachers bring in for class parties.  Sorry about the rant..... lol....... I get a little into this subject matter!
6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Abercrombie photo shoot of seersucker PJ pants on: May 28, 2009 05:54:34 PM
I love love LOVE your posts!  Firstly, I love all the stuff you make.  Those PJ pants are AWESOME!  The first (and last) time I made PJ pants for my husband, they turned out to be low rise Gumby pants.  I so wish I had taken a picture.

Secondly, you two crack me up with your pictures!  Keep 'em comin'!

This is great!  You know, every time I take apart a sweater I find the same thing.  I guess it actually IS okay to knit with several little strands together.  Did you have any problems with it?  The dress came out great!
