You can make traditional iced coffee by brewing a full pot in the normal fashion. After the pot has cooled off for a bit, make another pot using fresh beans, instead of using water to brew..pour in the previously brewed coffee.
Super good with just a little cream and lots of ice.

My son is pretty picky so I try to sneak as many healthy items in as possible.
One sure thing is to make a big batch of pancakes once a week *usually on weekends for us* and pop them in the freezer once they've been cooked and cooled.
I add everything and anything to the pancakes: milled flaxseeds, bran, bananas, applesauce, yogurt, and I always use soymilk to add the extra omegas.
