I saw this pig.. and I couldn't understand how she did it. I figure you could stuff something in there to make it a squared shape?..

Is the Japanese style different from what we usually see? Is there a photo?  When you say thigh high I'm guessing these are just made longer than just over the knee.  Here's a pic of my favorite.  It has crochet inserts and tops but they're done in knit garter stitch. Cute as can be, but again knitted.
