Hi!  This is my first post after lurking here all summer.  I made this purse for my daughters for when we go to Blackhawk hockey games.  They like to bring lots of stuff with them.  I made it out of a jersey that my son had out grown.

The red strap is the hem from the jersey. The shoulder patches form the sides of the purse. Stripes from the jersey were used for the loops on the D rings.

Here is an inside shot.  I used some of the stripes from the jersey to make one of the pockets inside.(It looks sloppy because of the zigzag stitch) The other large pocket is made from black lining.  I used a medium firmness fusible interfacing for the first time and loved it!
