I'm sure this has been asked a dozen times, buuutt...

I'm fairly new at knitting, I just taught myself recently after years of crocheting.  Anyway, I came apon a pair of circular needles in my mother's stash and decided to experiment. I now have a really nice looking tube that would fit me perfectly as a sweater, but I have no idea how to go about shaping the neck and making sleeves 

I've tried looking at other sweater patterns to get an idea of what to do, but I just get all baffled and frustrated. I dont want to do anything extravagant with it, just like....maybe a v-neck or a scoop neck? I'd love to put on a hood, too, but I know thats a little out of my league


Any help at all would be so so so sooo appreciated!

I found a 1lb brick of white beeswax lying around...I would hate to throw it away.

I know you can make lip balms and candles, but are there any other good uses for it?

The bath poufs are so cute! Do you know, do they actually work well in the shower? I hate buying the plastic-y kind because they wear out so quick, and these look like theyd be nice...you could probably through them in the laundry, too!!

Wow, I was literally JUST looking at my bookshelf (full of old, useless books) and was thinking of making like a cubby hole type display shelf for the wall.

This is beautiful, and much better than what I had brewing in my head. I may have to steal your idea!!

I had to laugh when I saw this because that's EXACTLY how the top of my toilet looks. Seriously, I have a plastic cup to hold all my makeup brushes and mascara and other longish items, too. I used to have it all in a really cute wine glass, but someone knocked it off and it shattered
