How about using the clear cello bags with a decorative topper for the dry goods and spices. Just pour it all into the bag, fold the top down and staple on the topper (topper sort of like the generic 2/$1 candy at the convenience stores). On the front you can type Santa Soup and on the back easy directions to follow.
As to the fresh veggies, how about making it reindeer food and wrapping up large stalks of celery and carrots with ribbons and maybe a sleigh bell and placing it in the fridge. Make sure you write that into the recipe.
