Where would you find some of the hardware for this?
Online or in store.

for some oils & wax, I used this supplier on etsy...who was extremely nice & helpful!

for the white plastic tubes I found this website & you'll find many different options from pots to slider tins:

For my flavoring, I used candy oil from a little amish place down the road from me.  Wink

For more waxes & oils & colorants, I used this supplier & they have tubes as well:

I'll post links to where I bought the stuff in a bit...all the stuff ...I found online.   Smiley
I think I need to make some, maybe involving honey. Mmmm honey lips.
I love this idea!!!
I mix up a couple cups of sugar with a table spoon full of honey, and then enough olive oil to saturate the sugar... mix it all together & you've got a sugar scrub that will banish flaky dry winter skin like nobody's business! mmmmm... honey!  Cheesy
Cannot wait to try this! They look great  Grin
Thank you! It's such good useful crafty fun! I'm officially hooked!  Smiley

These are great! I really want to try them myself. I have a bit of a chapstick obsession... although I don't usually eat it Smiley.
Sure you don't! LOL!  Cheesy
My little girl applies hers so often...she just may as well be eating it.

great job!! love them..they will be multiplying like rabbits Smiley
I almost sprayed my laptop with coffee!!! Thank you for the laugh!

4049  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Ruby Red Resin Glittery Love Hearts! on: February 10, 2011 05:14:31 PM
These are adorable and your photos are so vibrant and fun! Gotta love all that glitter!!
Resin is one of those projects that I always want to try but haven't worked up the nerve yet Smiley

Aw, you should try it! Send me a message anytime for tips & suggestions if you're thinking about trying it! I recommend doing it outside in the summer...so if you spill, it's less worrysome to clean up. I know how you feel because I'm hesitant to try soap making ...but just may work up the nerve. (lye scares even me!...right up there with spiders)
