1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Altered Puzzle on: June 02, 2010 01:13:59 PM
Wonderfully done!
My puzzle came out warped too, so I turned them into magnets.
Now, whenever I have guests over, they spend most of their time at my fridge in deep concentration.

That's amazing!
(He needs a cocked eyebrown and a dagger in his boot.)
You did a great job.  I'm going to show this to the friend who got me into this book series; she'll love it.
Are you going to do an Alec?

wonderful.  I've made a few with 100% cotton (calico), but what sort of fabric do you recommend?
-still learning.
5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Metamorphosis Puzzle Blocks on: September 24, 2009 12:11:15 PM
I'm working on one of these right now!
My dad and I cut 25 blocks and I'm using an old Where's Waldo book, for added diffuculty.  I'm evil.
6  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: How to use/hide these hideous things... on: September 16, 2009 01:10:08 PM
chinese lanterns.  really big ones.
or hang garland between them.  or a banner.
or a nerf net and have a basket somewhere filled with nerf balls.
or a hanging doll shelf.  or a hanging wooden slatted shelf.
potted plant hangers.
basically, lighting, or shelving.
post pics when you're done; whatever you do!

9  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: from crap-room to craft-room!! (tons o' pics) on: June 11, 2009 01:07:10 PM
I'm loving the room!
What did you do with your patterns?
I'm re-decking my craftroom (again), and I'm having trouble with buying more drawers, or boxes, and giving away my patterns would be like burning a family member!  What'd you do?
10  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / Re: Birthday shirts for 2 coworkers on: June 11, 2009 01:01:56 PM
find something that exsisted in both the birth years (a brand of something, you know, a car company, a phone company, or maybe a cartoon that's been brought back, or a re-done movie release), and have the original on one and the re-do on the other.
Or, have Baby Time on one, and Father Time on the other.
Cradle and Grave?
"Hello, my name is..."  put something witty for each shirt.
Good luck!
