Is there any crafty people in Tokyo who would like to meet up ? I've been living here for 3 months but didn't make many friends...

I made those for a cute little girl who was born two weeks ago.
I use a pattern on the net for the blanket, but I'm sure everyone know it by now^^
For the bib, as we are in Japan and Louka (琉華 ) has both french and japanese parents, I decided to add a small sakura flower in the corner  

I needed some springtime in my life ! I know, I should be crocheting christmas stuff but this year, I'm all alone in a foreign country, so I'm not really in the mood...
Anyway, what do you think ?^^

This little boy was resting on my bed, naked, for a very long time. Poor him... Last week I finally dressed him up !

Has any of you tried to use paint on a crocheted project ? Is it even possible ? I'm exploring possibilities for a bag I'm making at the moment...
