1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Feather Earrings on: April 08, 2008 07:56:29 PM
Earrings I made with jumps rings and feather charms. Smiley

2  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Clutch purse on: April 05, 2008 11:51:52 PM
This started the same way most of my projects do.
I got bored, and started poking through my fabric and craft supplies.

I ended up with this clutch purse.
The flap on the front seemed a bit plain, so I put a pleat in it.

The inside and zipper(and my wallet).

3  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Results of boredom and late-night walmart trips on: April 05, 2008 01:53:00 AM
These are several things I've done in the past year or so.

The first is a rose I painted using cosmetics. I bought the cheap stuff to use for the project- I didn't spend more than a dollar on any of it.

This is a photo I took in my backyard, that for some reason I really wanted to post:

This is a canvas I decorated late one night. It's explained in the caption:

This is also the result of late night boredom:

And this used to be a Winnie the Pooh Journal, and I wasn't quite sure what category to post it in. I used random ribbon scraps I had lying around:

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Pinafore on: April 05, 2008 01:46:27 AM
I based this on the ever-popular pinafore tutorial (there's a link to it in the caption of the photo). I think it turned out pretty well! There's a zipper and hook and eye in the left side, because the fabric isn't that stretchy.

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / World's ugliest dress--pics do work on: April 05, 2008 01:44:00 AM
I found this dress for 4 bucks. Even thought it was possibly the ugliest thing I've ever laid eyes on, I decided i could reconstruct into something that was actually wearable! Smiley
So here is a link to what I came up with.
