3  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / Re: paintings--pricing? on: April 22, 2008 04:22:15 PM
i'd probably set the price and a couple hundred, at least. that can go up depending on materials, time, etc.

it really depends on the size of the painting and the cost of your materials-- how big are these?
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: fun wrap skirts on: April 21, 2008 01:45:40 PM
i found a pattern for a similar skirt (not wrap skirt) on http://m-sewing.com/patterns-catalog/women/skirts/skirt-with-bias-gussets.html (the pattern is FREE) and it gave me an idea of the "Js", but this one is a little longer i think (at least on the cartoon model looks long Cheesy)

could the pattern be modified for a shorter skirt? i can't imagine how  Undecided

If you took it in from the top instead of the bottom, you could make it shorter. And if that makes it too big in the waist, just take out a panel.
