I got mine on eBay. I did find some at a small local bead store, but that probably won't help unless you're in the Ottawa area, haha. But as far as I can tell, they don't have them at Joanns, but maybe Michaels?

I found some on eBay for pretty cheap. Otherwise, yeah, broken watches are good. Plus it's really fun to pry them apart! 

Yo Vermonters! I'm here at Marlboro College, right near Brattleboro, absolutely loving it, I'm from NY originally...things here are pretty amazing. =)

The earbud earrings were actually pretty easy to make, I just took some broken headphones and cut off the earbuds. Then I took an eye pin and cut it so it was pretty short...then I dipped it in hot glue and stuck it in the little hole at the bottom of the earbud where the wire went...then I put the loop of the eye pin on an earring wire. Does that make any sense? =)

So I haven't posted in a while...classes  ugh...but anyway...
I bought this skirt at the thrift store for like a dollar....of course I didn't take a picture of it 
but it fell at about my mid calf...but I'm 5 feet tall....
anyways, it was kind of tiered and zebra print (!I LOVE ZEBRA PRINT!) and had sequins all over it! It was awesomeness =)

But of course, kind of ugly as it was....so, I made it into a dress with red lace and red ribbon lacing on the back:
