COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Sweet N' Salty French Fries

Hi guys!
I work at a fancy hotel that serves to the 'elite' group, and some of their recipes are off the wall delicious. One thing I LOVE, is when they serve french fries for anything, they have a special seasoning. It's a combination of white sugar and Cinnamon, and white salt.
I haven't made this at home yet, but it is delicious. I'd thought to share =) yum! Repost if you figure out good measurements!

COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Rueben Pizzas =D

I used to work at a pizza place waaay back when I was 14...and needless to say, I've seen some very interesting pizza requests. Lucky enough, for the people who never picked theirs up, I got to taste test =D
Well...I love Ruebens, and there was a request that came in for a reuben pizza...so when the person didn't pick it up, I got to try it. It was DELICIOUS! Honestly...it was so good. So, I'd thought i'd share it on here =)
You can start with pizza dough, this can be already made or you can lookup a recipe online..
You will need: (1) Can of Saurkraut (2) Mozzerella Cheese Schredded (3) Thousand Island Dressing (4) Corn Beef (5) Swiss Cheese Slices
Instead of pizza sauce, you are spreading thousand island dressing on the pizza. Next, top with mozerella cheese. Cover the pizza with circles of corn beef next. After that, sprinkle saurkraut in a generous amount around the pizza, and then cover with swiss cheese circles.
Bake until cheese is bubbly/light golden brown at 450 degrees.
This is so yummy if you love reubens, saurkraut, etc! If you don't like 1000 Island dressing, you can use pizza sauce in replacement but it doesnt taste the same!
If you try this, let me know what you think!!!!
Ps) Sorry, I don't have "exact" amounts for measurements...sinc e this was specialty at the place, nothing was measured out-just eyed up. Go by preference, i.e. thin sauce if you think 1000 island is a strong taste, etc.

Hi guys! Here's the scoop:
I'm surprising my parents with a 25th wedding anniversary party. (They never truly had a wedding reception, etc) and I wanted to know if the 25th wedding anniversary is like a wedding???
I know they want to renew their vows, so...can I plan it like a normal wedding? Their colors are Ivory and Lime Green and the date is Aug. 1, 2009. Anyone got any suggestions? I want to DIY as much as possible!
I am hoping to design: + Invites + Center Tops + Favors
What else should I incorporate? The flowers are Calla Lillies!! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
OH! Also - I thought of having my moms nieces as bridesmaids? (the raised them all a great portion of their life?) - what do you think of that?
