I don't normally work with paper, but I needed some crafty motivation, so I decided to partake in this months challenge, whatever it was.
I decided to try and get a double whammy, by decorating my room by way of decorating a forgotten ice-cream tub.
The result:

Here's the tub before I got my hands on it!

The flowers are made from crepe, and the pot covering is also paper.
My favorite thing about this project is that all the paper used were saved from gifts I was given - for example, the green paper used to cover the pot was from a bunch of roses my boyfriend gave me ages ago. Now when I see this cheerful object, I will be reminded of happy times like our anniversary, my birthday, Christmas.

Everything else was also stuff I had lying around - the stalks are chopsticks I colored in with marker, the grass is leftover scrap yarn I crocheted into loops, and the buttons are from the button stash all craftsters have.
Thanks for looking!
