mmmm... i love portabella mushrooms....
you can have this be vegetarian too, just by leaving out the ground beef
i don't really measure/time anything either, so bear with me!!
thaw 1 lb lean ground hamburger. set that browning on the stove.
drizzle a saucepan with a bit of olive oil... small chop about half a red onion, add it to the pan. while that's cooking, chop up 1/3 of a bell pepper, add that in. let it keep cookin'. chop up sm/med zucchinni, add it in. sprinkle with a bit of garlic, and whatever other seasoning you like. then chop up a roma tomato and add that in.
now, somewhere in there, find time to gut out the baby bella caps. when your veggies and meat are done, dump 'em all in the same pot and add the alfredo sauce. leave it on low so it stays warm.
then just use the rest of the leftover olive oil in your saucepan to fry up your bella caps!
