This is really similar to the baked oatmeal we make and it is YUMMY! I was skepitcal at first but it's like eating healthy cake for breakfast! I use applesauce instead of egg/egg replacer and also add chopped apples. I usually add wheat germ and have also made it with flax seeds, nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, dried cherries, etc. It's very filling, too!
Yum! I never thought of applesauce, and sometimes I add apples.
