This is Seamus, and he likes to ride around on his giant safety pin. It's much easier than having to tread all that water himself! He pins onto book bags, and the occasional hoodie. The only thing that puts a damper on his day is the fact that he is all alone! Maybe someday soon he'll meet a nice lady squid to ride around with him....





My first successful attempt at making anything out of sculpey. Apparently, if you don't use the right glaze, things go terribly wrong

I have a couple of items that I am at a loss what to do with.

The first one is this set of miniature carebear playing cards. It's a full deck. I'm not sure what their size is, but I put my cell phone next to them for a size reference.



I know I could decoupage them and make collages or possibly jewelry (I'd have to buy all the hardware though), but I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas for something to do with them. It could be with one, some or all.

My other question is concerning this little juice jar. It is 10 oz. and previously held apple juice. It's really cute. The glass has "Martinelli's Gold Medal 100% Apple Juice- Drink Your Apple A Day" written on it, and little leaves around the top. My friend and I loved it so much that we both bought about four. We were originally going to have a local candle maker put Macintosh Apple scented candles in them (a beautiful scent and gorgeous red colour) but the opening was too small and the candle wouldn't burn. So now we have 8 of these jars and no idea what to do with them. Suggestions of ANY kind would be greatly appreciated!!

So last night my hubbie and I had to go into town to cancel our YMCA membership ("we'll use it"- haha) and I ran by the Dollar General for some packaging tape b/c I've been wanting to make a paper wallet lately. So last night I was practicing with the tape and made some bookmarks! "

So this is my first post of something I've made.... my sewing is not the best- I've taught myself just in the past few months, so I'm still learning a lot. But last night I became weirdly obsessed with making this little panda bear. I think he turned out pretty well. Or she. I haven't named it yet.



There isn't a good size comparison, but it's about the size of a smaller paperback. Just the right size to snuggle, I think 



I thought while I was posting, I'd go ahead and add a couple other things I'd already made- a nice mushroom and a slightly wonky coloured rabbit who answers to Alexander.
