I am so excited to start this. I only wish I had found this sooner so I could've gotten someone to drive me to Wal-mart so I could've made one while I had time off this week. Hopefully I can go tomorrow though. I can't wait to make some!

So pretty! This might be a stupid question (I'm only a few pages into the original post, so I don't know if if it's been asked before), but I know you said you hemmed the straps, so does that mean the bottom of the skirt goes unhemmed?

I heard about that  I'd never sell em especially since I used someone else's pattern anyway.

Long story short, boyfriend found a red beret, we found some cheap pin backs at a closing Hancock Fabrics, and I have some Shrinky Dink skill. So ta-da!

A very awesome person in the crafty_tardis community posted a template for sewing an Adipose plushie which I became OBSESSED with when I saw the first episode of this season's Doctor Who. Mine was definitely not as good as the original poster's, since I'm not as used to using a sewing machine. Mine came out boxier, so it looks more like a tofu plushie. And I couldn't sew the fingers and legs as detailed as the template, and also had to hand sew the bottom shut. And used regular thread not the recommended embroidery thread. It's what I get for doing it in the middle of the night. I think I'll make another one eventually.
