11  Little Rainbow Vespa in Needlework: Completed Projects by fiberartsy on: June 22, 2014 04:49:57 PM
I made this for my partner in the twinchie needlework swap!  She loves Vespas and rainbows so I stitched up a little Vespa blowing rainbows out the back!  It's a small piece, about two inches wide.  I hooped it up and added a little piece of eyelet along the bottom and wrapped the hoop with ribbon.  I love how it turned out.

Thanks for looking!

12  Re: Twinches Needlework Swap Gallery in The Swap Gallery by fiberartsy on: June 14, 2014 01:30:11 PM
I received the most amazing teeny tiny embroidery from LisasTeaTime!!   It's perfection.  She stitched up a mama and baby fox for me and my son.  I adore foxes.  Lisa I can't thank you enough!    Cheesy

13  Team Duckie--Pretty In Pink in Needlework: Completed Projects by fiberartsy on: July 31, 2011 09:34:54 AM
I stitched this for a swap--a fellow Pretty In Pink lover.  We would both have chosen Duckie.   He had a much better fashion sense than Blaine--as noted by the rad shoes he wore.

Thanks as always for taking a look.

I finally got around to stitching up some the awesome Tara McPherson patterns.  I stitched it on a linen I found at a thrift store with a cute crochet border.

I love the little stars.

16  Door wreath in Valentine's Day by fiberartsy on: February 05, 2011 09:44:00 AM
I made a cute wreath for my door for Valentine's Day!!  I bought the pink wreath at Target after Christmas for 25 cents.  I was just going to keep it until next Christmas--but since it was pink I thought why not make a Valentine's wreath!  I just made some little layered felt hearts and added some cute foam "love bug" stickers"  Simple but cute!  Thanks as always for taking a look!

And a little detail of the hearts and stickers

I stitched this pattern onto a Sublime totebag for my sister's birthday.  The pattern is from here <a href="http://www.colonialpatterns.com/product_info.php?cPath=88&products_id=1114&osCsid=74f5bd7b3b486f9994311d0cc00c3803" .  I'm really pleased with the colors and how it turned out!

A little close up of the fun designs on the tree..

18  Sock Monkey love in Needlework: Completed Projects by fiberartsy on: February 04, 2011 06:12:40 PM
I made this for my sister's birthday.  The pattern is from "Just Cross Stitch Christmas Ornaments 2010 (Vol 28, Num 6)"--originally meant as a Christmas ornament.  I changed some of the colors and to make it not just for Xmas.  I think it's totally cute...

20  Black Apple Boy and Girl in Sublime Stitching Embroidery by fiberartsy on: December 13, 2009 09:17:32 AM
I've been wanting to do these for myself for a while now--finally got around to it.  Debating on whether I want to make them ornaments or put them in little frames.  Hmmm.

Thanks as always for taking a look at my stuff.  You guys are great.
