4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: that dress from that movie (pics added, pic heavy) on: March 18, 2008 09:59:45 AM
i am so incredibly impressed! it's absolutely fantastic.. i think the back of the dress is particularly elegant (i'm such a sucker for anything criss-cross; it definitely looks stunning on you!) you must be so proud to be wearing this handmade beauty to your prom! THIS ROCKS for sure!

p.s. i'd love to see another pic of the front of the dress on you, full length!
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Skirt with shawl accent WARNING: knitting abuse (with tute!) on: March 18, 2008 12:01:39 AM
i love this too! what a pretty and fun way to use a shawl that needed some love.

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Convertable sleeve top ! (w/ pic-tute) Owls vs Cats on: March 17, 2008 12:22:00 PM
oh yeah it is owls! (yay! my favorite, obvi) i was going to argue for cats, even though i was in the minority, but on closer look, i def see the owls. <3  Grin

i love this top! it's incredibly cute. i think one cute variation would be to find a way to do the back criss-cross like in the front, instead of sewing the two pieces together. maybe i will figure out how to do that if/when i get a sewing machine hopefully soon!

great job!
