Beautiful!  I agree with Antidigger, very classic an instant heirloom.  Great job, I especially love the ribbon and edging.  Smiley

Thanks everyone  Smiley  This project took a few days to complete.   Just whenever I had some free time after work to add a row or two.  I would love to add an 'action' shot, I just have to get my 3 yr old to sit still for a minute!
7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Pretty Petal Pixie Hat on: March 12, 2012 08:01:58 AM
Hello!  Just wanted to share a new hat made for my youngest daughter.  I used the crocodile stitch, bernat satin yarn and some patience!

I used a free pattern found online and some youbtube videos.

love it! it looks great!

do you think this would fit a larger noggin?
my head doesn't fit most standard sized hats.

thanks for sharing the pattern!

I think it would definitely fit a larger noggin!  Mine is pretty roomy on me, you should give it a try.  I loved making this hat and have had many requests from friends, they all seem to fit just fine without me having to tweak the pattern at all.
